Epoxy and coin table

As with most things I got the idea for this while browsing the internet.

My brothers birthday was the perfect excuse to experiment with coins and epoxy.

I chose the dimensions the make a small bedside table and to give it a personal touch I wanted to incorporate his logo into the design (a sunset).

To accomplish that some of the coins are cleaned in vinegar, polished and turned to the other side.

After embedding everything in around 1kg of epoxy it is hard as glass and perfectly clear.
